Our major events aren’t just a great opportunity for locals and visitors to come together and celebrate our wonderful Hawkesbury – they’re the perfect opportunity for local businesses to get their brands and products seen by thousands of people!

Over the next four months there will be two very exciting opportunities – Savour the Flavour Hawkesbury (October) and Light Up Windsor street festival (December) – and Council is currently inviting local businesses to become sponsors.

Savour the Flavour celebrates the finest food, produce, and beverages from the Hawkesbury region and surrounds. Savour the Flavour is more than a market, it's a festival of flavours that in 2023 welcomed 12,00 visitors from across the Hawkesbury and NSW to Richmond Oval.

Light Up Windsor transforms George Street from Thompson Square to Windsor Mall into a festive wonderland with markets, live entertainment, dazzling Christmas lights, roving performers, and more. In 2023, 18,000 attended this exciting event and this year, we will be extending the fun all the way to Windsor station with festive lighting, entertainment and photo stations.

There are a number of sponsorship levels on offer to fit a wide variety of business needs and budgets.
