Free Child Safety Seat check webHawkesbury City Council is offering a FREE child car seat fitting and check for parents and carers in the Hawkesbury community. The free event will be held on Thursday, 20 June 2024 from 9am to 1pm at Maraylya Hall, 346 Boundary Road, Maraylya.

It’s important to make sure your child is safe with an inspection by a Transport for NSW Authorised Restraint Fitter, especially as two in three car seats are not used or fitted correctly.

New and existing child car seats and booster seats will be checked for safety and correct fit. Bookings are essential by calling Council's Road Safety Officer on 4560 4278 or email council@hawkesbury.nsw.gov.au
