Aged Care Reforms Information Hub

The Australian Government is making changes to aged care and Hawkesbury Central Library is currently hosting an Aged Care Reforms information hub.

The hub provides information and resources to assist older people and their families to navigate the changes being made to aged care services. There are number resources available in the hub including resources for locating aged care services, working in the industry, and details on specific issues such as dementia.

There is currently a survey taking place run by the Australian Government which is looking for more details on the resources that older people and their families are using and gaps that have been identified.

The hub will run during library opening hours at the Hawkesbury Central Library, 300 George Street, Windsor from 9 September to 9 November 2024. For more information phone the library on 4560 4460.
